摘　　要：两宋时期,图书出版业呈现出一番繁荣景象,但这种繁荣是一种虚假繁荣,"不法之举"日益猖獗。这种情况下,宋廷以维护专制统治为主导,加强对图书出版传播领域侵权行为的防控,并调动各种力量、运用各种手段设置层层的政治门槛,将预审、追查与信息反馈制度并行,奖励检举与惩罚违规手段并用,形成了一套有特色的图书出版治理机制。The book publishing industry presented a prosperous scene in the ＂Two Songs＂ Dynasty. But this kind of prosperity is a false one, full of ＂wrongful act＂ increasingly rampant illegal behavior. In this case, in order to maintain the autocratic rule of Song government, double down on the tort of book publishing, the government mobilized all forces, used various means to set up layers of political barriers to pre-trial, trace, and parallel information feedback system, with reward and punishment means, which formed a set of characteristics for the book publishing management mechanism.
