摘 要:根据蟒蛇原料皮的组织构造、保存方法确定制革工艺流程。工艺考虑了保持蟒蛇皮特有花纹特点、除去自身色素、控制纵横延伸差技术要求。利用滑槽及转鼓的结合操作,描述了一套蟒蛇皮包袋及装饰用革鞣前准备,漂色、鞣制和整饰四个工段的操作方法与要求。为蟒蛇皮进行小规模生产制造技术提供了一种参考。According to the tissue structure and the preservation method of the python skin, the leather-making technology was designed. The technology included reservation of the unique pattern of the python skin, removal of its own pigments and control of longitudinal and horizontal extension difference. Using the combined operation of the paddle and the drum, the four processes of beamhouse, bleaching, tanning and finishing were presented, in which the operation methods and requirements to produce decorative leather and bags leather were expressed. The article provides a reference for small-lot manufacture of the python skin.
