摘　　要：目的分析宁夏开展医务人员主动提供艾滋病检测咨询工作实施效果,为调整艾滋病防治措施提供依据。方法收集2010-2016年全区艾滋病筛查实验室及检测点报告的艾滋病检测份数表和2010-2016年报告HIV/AIDS病例,采用SPSS18.0进行统计分析。结果 2010-2016年累计HIV抗体筛查检测43万人次,确证阳性数从63例增加到1639例。其中术前筛查占总筛查人数比例最多为29.9%、孕产期检测14.4%、其他门诊就诊筛查11.2%;通过术前检测发现阳性数占比最高为22.1%、其他就诊者检测15.3%、性病门诊就诊者检测10.9%;术前检测检出阳性率、性病门诊筛查检出阳性率和、自愿咨询检测检出阳性率均呈上升趋势。历年晚发现比例下降不明显。结论医疗机构开展扩大检测,检测人数逐年增加,发现阳性病例数逐年增加,检测人数占常住人口比例逐年上升,检测发现阳性率呈上升趋势,应持续在医疗机构重点科室开展艾滋病筛查检测工作。Objective To analyze the effect of the provider - initiated HIV testing and consulting service in Ningxia, so as to provide the basis for adjusting HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods Data of HIV antibody testing from the HIV antibody screening laboratories and testing points between 2010 and 2016 were collected, and SPSS18.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 430 thousand person times accepted HIV antibody screening testing between 2010 and 2016 in Ningxia,and the number of HIV - positive patients increased from 63 to 1639. The proportion of people through preoperative screening testing totalled up to 29.9%. The numbers of people through pregnancy screening testing and other clinics screening testing accounted for 14.4% and 11.2%, respectively. The proportion of HIV -positive patients through preoperative testing totalled up to 22. 1%, and the HIV positive rates of STD clinic attendants and other clinic attendants accounted for 15.3% and 10.9%, respectively. The positive rates of patients through preoperative testing, STD clinic patients testing and VCT were on the rise. It was not obvious that the ratio of later found HIV patients had decreased over the years. Conclusion The numbers of HIV positive people and individuals received testing which accounts for an increasing fraction of the permanent resident population have increased over years since medical institutions carried out expanded testing. HIV screening testing should be continued in medical institutions.
