文献学视角下住院患者医疗欠费的成因与对策

摘　　要：采用文献计量学和知识图谱的方法对医疗欠费的整体情况进行了分析,以北京潞河医院2013-2015年的医疗欠费数据作为数据源,识别该院医疗欠费的主要成因,并提出在"事前预防、事中控制、事后反馈"控制原则的基础上,通过构建患者指纹识别系统,将医疗欠费患者(特别是恶意欠费患者)信息录入该院医疗诚信"黑名单"等措施,以有效遏制恶意欠费行为的发生。It analyzes overall situation of medical arrears by bibliometrics and knowledge graph. It takes the data of Beijing Luhe hospital medi- cal arrears from 2013 to 2015 as datasource. Identifies the causes of medical arrears. Based on control rule of ＂prevention, control and feed- back＂ . Through building patients＇ AFIS, input the information of medical arrears patients （ especially owing college tuition on purpose ） in hospital＇s honesty ＂Blacklist＂, so as to effectively restraint the happening of medical arrears behaviour.
