摘　　要：阐述了数据馆员的内涵及其岗位职责,介绍了国外数据馆员培训的典型案例,分析案例的培训目标及课程内容,并从培训内容、培训对象、培训方式、实践应用等方面归纳国外数据馆员培训的特点,就我国高校图书馆开展数据馆员培训提出参考性建议:设立专职数据馆员岗位、增强数据馆员培训意识、开发面向数据馆员的培训课程、加强交流与协作。This paper discussed the descriptions and responsibilities of data librarian and introduced typ- ical cases of data librarian training in foreign countries. The aims and course contents of the training cases were analyzed. Based on the case studies, it summarized the features of data librarian training from aspects of training content, training objects, training methods and practical application. Finally, suggestions on how to carry out data librarian training in Chinese academic libraries were put forward such as setting up professional data librarian positions, enhancing the awareness of training data librarians, developing train- ing course for data librarians as well as strengthening communication and cooperation.
