摘 要:当前,高校交往式思想政治教育研究缺乏对交往主体内涵的系统性界定,同时,高校思想政治教育实践存在主体性分布不均衡的问题。文章以马克思交往理论和哈贝马斯交往行动理论为基础,阐述了高校思想政治教育的"全主体"内涵,分析了全主体交往式高校思想政治教育的主要内容,包括以"亚第一课堂"为载体的对话与沟通教育机制;以互联网信息平台"虚拟社交"为载体的关注与理解教育机制;以学生内部"自组织学习"为载体的参与和体验教育机制;以教育者内部"角色渗透"为载体的关怀与发展教育机制。At present, the research on communicative ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been short of systematic definition of communication subject. Meanwhile, the unbalanced distribution of subjectivity has been presented in the practice of ideological and political education. Based on Marx' s communication theory and Habermas' s theory of communicative action, the connotation of "the whole subject" in the ideological and political education is explained and the main content of the whole subject communicative ideological and political education is ananlyzed in the paper, which include four educational mechanisms. They are the dialogue and communication educational mechanism with the carrier of "the sub first class", the attention and comprehension educational mechanism with the cartier of "virtual social" internet information platform, the participation and experience educational mechanism with the carrier of "self - organization learning" of students, and the caring and development educational mechanism with the carrier of "role infiltration" of educators respectively.
