摘　　要：专业化水情教育资源库建设可以更好实现《全国水情教育规划(2015-2020年)》所提出的各项发展目标,深化我国水情教育信息化工作。不同水情教育资源库的构建需要以系统调研中外水情教育信息化工作发展经验为基础,深入分析在专业化水情教育资源库建设与共享中需要解决的基础问题,特别是水情教育的主要内容、实施模式及其与教育技术的融合。The construction of specialized water education databases, which is a natural result of the deepen development of water educational informization in China, can better realize the developmental goals proposed by The National Water Education Program （2015-2020）. Based on a systemic survey of the successful experience of water education informization both in china and abroad, the construction of different water educational databases should analyze the basic issues in the construction and sharing of water educational databases comprehensively, such as the content and the working model of water education and its relevant educational technology.
