摘  要:介绍气浮-炭砂过滤工艺处理污水的生物作用研究,比较了气浮-炭砂过滤工艺和直接过滤工艺对COD、UV_(254)和NH_3-N等与生物作用相关指标的去除效果。试验结果表明,在相同条件下气浮-炭砂过滤工艺比直接过滤工艺对COD、UV_(254)和NH_3-N去除率分别提高了25.3%、32.9%和33.2%。分析表明,这是由于气浮工艺能够提供充足的溶解氧,对微生物的生长起到促进作用,气浮-炭砂过滤工艺的生物量比直接过滤工艺提高38%~87%,这对实际生产中气浮-炭砂过滤工艺的运行具有一定的指导意义。Biological effects of flotation-GAC sand filtration process on the sewage treatment were introduced. Removal efficiency of COD, UV_(254), NH_3-N and other indicators related to biological function was investigated by comparing flotation-GAC sand filtration process and direct filtration process. The results indicated that, under the same conditions, flotation-GAC sand filtration process was better than direct filtration process in removing pollutants COD, UV_(254) and NH_3-N, with an increased removal rate of 25.3%, 32.9% and 33. 2%, respectively. This was because the flotation process could provide sufficient dissolved oxygen for the growth of microorganisms. Biomass ratio of flotation-GAC sand filtration process, compared with direct filtration process, was increased from 38% to 87%. This was certainly guiding significant to the operation of flotation-GAC sand filtration process in actual production.
