摘 要:采用UV/TiO_2反应体系对鲁奇废水生化出水进行了光催化氧化试验,考察了pH、TiO_2投加量、反应时间和外加H_2O_2对COD_(Cr)去除率的影响。结果表明:中性及酸性条件下更有利于UV/TiO_2光催化降解鲁奇废水生化出水中的COD_(Cr);在pH值=7和1.0 g/L TiO_2投加量条件下,反应4 h后,COD_(Cr)去除率为61.17%。UV/TiO_2反应体系外加一定量H_2O_2是否会提高其COD_(Cr)去除率与具体的反应体系有关。Photocatalytic removal of COD_(Cr) from the biochemical effluent of Lurgi coal gasification wastewater by UV/TiO_2 was studied.The main factors affecting the removal rate of COD_(Cr) were analyzed, including pH value, TiO_2 dosage, reaction time and addition of H_2 O_2.Experimental results showed that the neutral or acidic conditions were favored for the photocatalytic removal of COD_(Cr) from the biochemical effluent of Lurgi wastewater by UV/TiO_2. Under the conditions that pH value was 7 and TiO_2 dosage was 1.0 g/L, the removal rate of COD_(Cr)was 61.17% after 4 hours. The effect of the addition of H_2 O_2 on the removal rate of COD_(Cr) depends on the composition of the reaction.
