山东半岛城市群产业结构演变对环境质量的影响分析

摘　　要：产业结构是经济发展的"资源配置器",同时也是污染物产生的"控制体",因此,研究产业结构演变对环境质量的影响是产业结构调整的前提和基础.本研究以山东半岛城市群作为研究区,在分析三次产业结构演变的基础上,通过典型相关分析和产业环境影响评价研究三次产业对环境质量的影响,结果表明产业结构和环境质量存在很强的相关性,工业产值比重对水环境和固体废弃物环境有很强的负面影响,而且城市群和各城市的总体生态环境影响指数均较高,经济的快速发展对环境破坏严重.The industrial structure is the ＂resource allocator＂ of economic development, and also the ＂control body＂ of pollutants. Therefore, the study of the influence of industrial structure evolution on environmental quality is the prerequisite and basis for industrial structure adjustment. Taking Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration as research area, this study analyzed the evolution characteristics of the industrial structures, and revealed the influence of the tertiary industry on the environmental quality by the methods of typical correlation analysis and the industrial environmental impact assessment. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the industrial structure and environmental quality. The proportion of industrial output value has a strong negative impact on the water environment and solid waste environment. The overall ecological impact indexes for the urban agglomeration and the cities are high. The rapid development of economy seriously damages the environment.
