摘　　要：绵羊瘤胃切开术是绵羊最大的腹腔手术之一,它涵盖了保定、消毒、麻醉、术部、术式、切开、止血、缝合、术后给药及注意事项。整个手术分无菌、污染和无菌的复杂操作过程,该手术可检验学生的理论知识、操作技能、无菌观念、相互配合等环节的掌握程度。因此,在外科手术课程中占有重要的位置,也是全国"生泰尔杯"专业技能大赛项目之一。本文主要制定了绵羊瘤胃切开术的手术标准程序和注意事项,其目的是使学生对绵羊瘤胃切开手术过程有更深的了解和掌握,能够更好地在比赛和实践中应用。Sheep rumen surgery is one of the largest surgicals in sheep,which covers fixed method,sterilization,anesthesia,surgery,surgery,cut,bleeding,hemostasis,postoperative administration and precautions.. The entire surgical consists of various complicated operation processes,including aseptic,pollution and sterile complex operation process. This surgical can test the students＇ theoretical knowledge,operational skills,aseptic concepts and mutual cooperation. Therefore,it occupies an important position in the surgical course,and it is also one of the items of The National Centre Cup Professional Skills Contest. This formulates a sheep rumen surgery surgical procedures and precautions. The aim is to make students have a deeper understanding and mastery of the the rumen surgery in sheep,and to be better used in competition and practice.
