摘 要:通过试验研究高压油管和喷射参数对共轨系统燃油压力波动的影响规律;基于压力波传播特征,探索共轨高压下燃油物性参数测试的可行性。测试结果表明:高压油管越长,燃油压力波动峰值持续时间越长;高压油管直径增大,压力波动减小;压力波动随轨压的增大而增大,随喷油脉宽的增大而增大并逐渐趋于稳定。为降低压力损失,应在满足使用要求的前提下,选择直径较大且较短的高压油管。该试验测试方法可实现高压共轨条件下的燃油音速、密度和弹性模量等物性参数的测量,且密度和弹性模量随轨压的增大而增大。Based on the test research,the effects of the high-pressure oil pipe parameters and injection parameters on the fuel pressure fluctuation of common rail system is analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile,based on the pressure propagation characteristics,the test method of fuel physical property parameter under common-rail high pressure is explored. The results showed that: with the high-pressure oil pipe increasing,the duration of the fuel pressure of increases; with the diameter increasing,the fluctuation decreases; the pressure fluctuation increases with the rail pressure and the injection pulse width increasing,and tend to stabilize. In order to reduce the pressure loss,the length should be shorter and diameter should be larger under the premise of the high pressure oil pipe. This test method can obtain the fuel physical property parameter under the high pressure common rail system and with the rail pressure increasing,the fuel density and bulk modulus increase.
