广东口岸出入境人员百日咳毒素抗体水平监测

摘　　要：目的了解广东口岸出入境人群百日咳抗体水平,为口岸预防免疫接种提供科学依据。方法收集2016年出入境体检人员血清,采用ELISA法检测百日咳毒素抗体水平,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果共监测出入境人员1 700人,百日咳毒素抗体阳性率为42.0%,平均浓度为63.77 IU/ml。阳性人群集中在10~29岁,不同年龄组之间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性抗体阳性率46.62%,平均浓度为73.19 IU/ml;女性抗体阳性率37.77%,平均浓度为55.13 IU/ml,不同性别间抗体阳性率和平均浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口岸国际旅行卫生保健机构应加强出入境人员的百日咳疫苗接种和自我防护意识,防止百日咳通过口岸传播。Objective To master pertussis toxin antibody levels among exit-entry persons,and to provide basis for the immunization policy at ports. Methods The blood samples of entry-exit persons took health examination in2016 at Guangdong ports were collected. Pertussis toxin Ig G antibody（PT-Ig G） was detected by ELISA,and the data was analyzed. Results The positive rate of PT-Ig G was 42.0% and the average concentration was 63.77 IU/ml from1 700 blood samples. Positive rate of the group between different ages had statistical difference（P 〈 0.05） and the group of 10-29 years old was the main PT-Ig G positive population. Positive rate of the group between different age had obvious difference（P 〈 0.05）. Males positive rate and average concentration were 46.62% and 73.19 IU/ml,females were 37.77% and 55.13 IU/ml. Conclusion The international travel healthcare centers should strengthen the vaccination and self-protection in entry-exit persons to control the transmission and prevalence of pertussis.
