摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下宫颈环扎治疗宫颈机能不全的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月‐2016年12月该科收治的36例宫颈机能不全患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组18例行腹腔镜下宫颈环扎术,对照组18例行经阴道宫颈环扎术,对比两组手术时机、术中出血量、住院时间、妊娠结局和并发症发生情况。结果治疗组术中出血量为(21.33±3.68)ml,住院时间为(2.76±0.98)d;对照组术中出血量为(32.51±4.63)ml,住院时间为(4.40±1.24)d,两项指标组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组活产率为88.89%,对照组为72.22%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜宫颈环扎治疗宫颈机能不全可显著提高活产率、改善妊娠结局,相对于经阴道宫颈环扎术术中出血量更少、术后恢复更快,值得临床推广。[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoseopic cerclage for cervical incompetence. [Methods] Thirty-six patients with cervical insufficiency admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases in the treatment group underwent laparoscopic cervical cerclage, 18 cases in the control group underwent transvaginal cervical cerclage, and surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, pregnancy outcome and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared. [Results] In the treatment group, intraoperative blood loss was （21.33 ± 3.68） ml, hospitalization time was （2,76 ±0.98） d; in the control group, intraoperative blood loss was （32.51 ± 4.63） ml, hospitalization time was （4.40 ± 1.24） d, the differences in the two indicators between groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; the live birth rate in the treatment group was 88.89%, which was 72.22% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic cervical cerclage for cervical incompetence can significantly improve the live birth rate and pregnancy outcome, with less bleeding and faster postoperative recovery when compared with vaginal cervical cerclage surgery, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
