摘　　要：运动休闲特色小镇是新时代我国体育产业发展的新形态。运用归纳逻辑、演绎逻辑和文献资料调研、访谈等研究方法,对运动休闲特色小镇的概念、类型和发展路径进行了分析。运动休闲特色小镇是以运动休闲产业为主导特色产业,集聚产业发展要素,创新产业发展模式,与旅游、健康、文化、养老、教育培训、大数据等关联产业融合发展的空间区域、全民健身发展平台和体育产业基地。运动休闲特色小镇包括赛事型运动休闲特色小镇、培训型运动休闲特色小镇、娱乐型运动休闲特色小镇、健康型运动休闲特色小镇、智能制造型运动休闲特色小镇和文化民俗型运动休闲特色小镇6类。运动休闲特色小镇是一个体育特征明显的复杂社会经济系统,发展路径研究的逻辑起点是主导运动休闲特色产业的生产要素;技术创新和制度创新是运动休闲特色小镇产业发展和产业融入的主要驱动力;运动休闲特色小镇发展的核心目标是"三个发展、两个效应",即主导运动休闲特色产业发展、小镇产业发展和小镇城镇化发展,以及运动休闲特色小镇的扶贫攻坚效应和辐射带动效应。Sports and leisure characteristic town is the new morphology of Chinese sports industry in a new era. Used inductive logic, deductive logic, literature research, interview method to analyze the concept, category and operating mechanism of the sports and leisure characteristic town. Sports and leisure characteristic town is a space region, national fitness development platform and sports industry base that taking sports and leisure industry as dominant characteristic industry, converging the industry development factors, innovating the industry development patterns, and integrating development with correlative industry such as tourism, health, culture, old-age care, training and big data. Sports and leisure characteristic town is distributed into six types： sports competition type, training type, recreation type, health type, intelligent manufacturing type, culture and folklore type. Sports and leisure characteristic town is a classie sports complex social-economic system, the development path research＇s logical starting point is the production factors of the dominant sports and leisure characteristic industry; technological innovation and institutional innovation is the key drivers of sports and leisure characteristic town＇s industrial development and industrial convergence; the core objective of sports and leisure characteristic town＇s development is ＂three development and two effect＂, contains the development of dominant sports and leisure industry, town＇s industry and urbanization, the effect of poverty relief and radiating-driving.
