摘 要:探讨以未变换气为原料气的一步法低温甲醇洗工艺的开发设计。由于未变换气中CO_2含量低,采用常规低温甲醇洗工艺净化系统温度偏高,难以达到净化要求。开发设计了两套采用不同制冷剂的低温甲醇洗工艺,工艺Ⅰ采用丙烯压缩制冷,工艺Ⅱ采用CO_2/NH_3复叠式压缩制冷。通过模拟分析可知,两套工艺均能达到净化要求,工艺Ⅱ比工艺Ⅰ具有更好的节能及净化效果。The paper targets at developing a one-step rectisol process with unshifted-gas as feed gas. As a matter of fact, the feature of unshifted-gas, i.e., its low CO2 content, always leads to an over-high tem- perature of the rectisol system when applied in regular rectisol process, which can't satisfy the requirements of the process. To solve this problem, in the present work, by the use of different refrigerants, two sets of rectisol processes are developed, where in case I the C3Hs compression refrigeration is included and case II the CO2/NH3 cascade compression refrigeration incorporated, respectively. By simulation and analysis, it is found that both cases satisfy the purification requirement of the system. Whereas, when compared with each other, case II achieyes lower energy consumption and higher purification.
