摘　　要：针对中压碳酸盐溶液泵高速轴频繁断裂的问题,从设备结构和工艺运行方面进行原因分析,提出高速轴材质改进的方案,通过对高速轴危险截面的强度校核及实际运行检验,满足使用要求,解决频繁断轴问题。Aimed at the frequent break of high speed shaft of medium pressure carbonate solution pump, this paper studied the reasons from equipment structure and process operation, and presented the modification plan of changing inspecting the real operation. the high speed shaft material The problem of breakage was by checking the strength of dangerous section and solved.
