摘　　要：对马钢4000 m^3高炉长周期稳定生产实践进行了总结。通过采取强化过程控制,提高烧结矿和球团矿质量,提高入炉品位和焦炭粒级,探索实践"两道气流"的装入制度,积极推进完善送风制度等一系列措施,马钢4000 m^3高炉实现了长周期稳定顺行和较好的技术经济指标,降低了燃料消耗。高炉利用系数、焦炭负荷分别由2014年的1.948、4.45提高到2017年(1-6月)的2.187、5.01;燃料比、焦比分别由2014年的537 kg/t、413kg/t降低到2017年(1—6月)的506kg/t、365 kg/t。The long-term stable production practice of Masteel＇s 4000m3 BF is summarized. Masteel＇s 4000m3 BF achieves long-term stable production and sound techno-economic indicators by taking a series of effective measures, such as strengthening process control, improving the quality of sinter and pellet, using higher grade ore and better gradation coke, adopting the charging system of center ＋ peripheral flow, and optimizing blasting system. These measures also result in less fuel consumption, higher BF productivity and coke load （ increasing from 1. 948 and 4.45 respectively in 2014 to 2. 187 and 5.01 in January to June of 2017） and lower fuel rate and coke rate （decreasing from 537 kg/t and 413 kg/t respectively in 2014 to 506 kg/t and 365 kg/t in January to June of 2017）.
