摘 要:为了拓展喷吹煤资源,降低高炉冶炼的燃料成本,在唐山新宝泰2号450 m^3高炉上进行喷吹提质煤粉的工业试验,研究高炉喷吹提质煤粉的可行性。实验性能测试结果表明,与高炉喷吹煤相比,提质煤粉的固定碳含量较高,灰分含量较低,发热值较高,用于高炉喷吹具有技术上的可行性。工业试验结果表明,在保持燃料比基本不变的情况下,与基准期相比,喷吹提质煤粉后高炉煤比升高,焦比降低,吨铁燃料成本降低6.68元/t。Industrial test is carried out in Tangshan Xinbaotai Steel's 450m3 BF by injecting upgraded pulverized coal for the purpose of expanding the injection coal resources, reducing the BF fuel cost, studying the feasibility of injecting upgraded pulverized coal to BF. The performance test results show the upgraded pulverized coal has the advantages of higher fixed car- bon content, lower ash content and higher calorific value as compared with blast furnace coal injection, thus it is technically feasible for BF injection. The industrial test results reveals, compared with datum period, the BF coal rate increases, the coke rate decreases, and the fuel cost is reduced by 6.68yuan/t under the conditions of without change of fuel rate almost.
