摘 要:探讨嵌入式复合纺的加捻三角区形态变化对纱线质量的影响。对嵌入式复合纺纱三角区偏移时所处位置的理论模型进行建模。采用不同定量的棉粗纱与相同涤纶长丝进行了3组嵌入式复合纺细纱的纺制,并对所纺纱线毛羽、条干、断裂强力等相关性能进行测试。结果表明:嵌入式复合纺纱三角区朝着较细的粗纱一方偏移;不同定量粗纱对于纱线质量产生了一定影响。认为:通过采用左右不同定量的粗纱进行嵌入式纺纱,将定量差控制在一定范围能够使得其三角区刚好变得左右对称,从而改善成纱质量。The influence of morphologic change for twist triangular space of embedded spinning on the yarn quality was discussed. The theoretical model of spinning triangular offset position in embedded composite spinning was established. Three groups of embedded composite yarns were spun with different cotton roving weight per u- nit and same polyester filament. The related properties of spun yarn like hairiness, evenness, breaking strength and so on were tested. The test results show that the triangular space of embedded composite spinning is shifted to- ward the thinner roving. Different roving weight per unit has a certain effect on the yarn quality. It is considered that the triangular space can be just bilateral symmetry by controlling the roving weight per unit within a certain range, then the yarn quality can be improved.
