摘　　要：探讨锡林针布齿深对生条结杂的影响情况。分别采用两种齿深的锡林针布,在两种梳棉机产量条件下进行梳理对比试验,分析了生条中棉结和杂质等指标的变化情况。试验结果显示:采用浅齿锡林针布,更加有利于梳理,生条中棉结数量减少,棉结和杂质的平均尺寸小,总体上更有利于生条棉结和杂质指标的改善。认为:锡林齿深对生条中结杂有较大的影响;在针布规格的具体选择上,应充分考虑梳棉机的产量、原料品种及相关配套针布的状态等因素,多方面统筹优化才能获得最佳的梳理效果。The effect of cylinder card clothing tooth-depth on neps and impurity in card sliver was discussed. Two different tooth-depths cylinder card clothing were tested and compared under two different carding machines output. The changes of the indexes like neps,impurity and so on in card sliver were compared and analyzed. The test results show that adopting the shallower tooth-depth cylinder card clothing is benefit to carding. The number of neps in card sliver is decreased and the average sizes of neps and impurity are smaller. It is benefit to improve the indexes of neps and impurity in card sliver. It is considered that the cylinder card clothing tooth-depth has a larger impact on neps and impurity in card sliver. The factors like carding machine capacity,raw material variety, the status of correlation card clothing and so on should be considered in selecting the card clothing specification. The best carding effect can be obtained by multi-aspect optimization.
