摘　　要：总结一款咖啡碳木棉混纺多功能织物的生产工艺。介绍了所开发产品的纱线规格、材料特性及纱线性能。整经工序采用KY6041型分批整经机,整经速度720 m/min;浆纱工序采用S432型浆纱机,优化了浆纱工艺和浆料配方;织造中对织物效果进行了CAD模拟,并在ZAX9100型喷气织机上进行了生产,实际织机效率达90%。测试结果表明,织物具有较好的防螨和抗菌功能。认为:生产的织物具有抗菌保健功能,实现了设计预期。Production technology of a coffee carbon kapok blended multifunctional fabric was summarized. The yarn specifications, material properties and yarn properties of the developed product were introduced. KY6041 type warping machine was adopted in warping process and the warping speed was 720 m/min. S432 type sizing machine was adopted in sizing process, sizing technology and sizing instruction were optimized. The effect of fabric was simulated by CAD. It was produced on ZAX9100 type air-jet loom and the loom efficiency could reach 90%. The fabric has better anti-mite and antibacterial property after test. It is considered that the produced fabric has antibacterial ＆ health care property. Design expectation is reached.
