摘  要:探讨国内外棉花纤维中的新型有机氯农药、脱叶剂类农药、重金属等有毒有害物质残留情况及危害程度。建立了新型有机氯农药、脱叶剂类农药、重金属的检测方法,对国内外220个棉样进行检测并分析,根据危害识别、危害描述和风险描述对国内外棉花纤维进行有毒有害物质质量安全评估。指出棉花纤维中有毒有害化学物质客观存在。认为:建立棉花纤维中有毒有害物质风险评估体系有助于加强我国对主要进口国棉花纤维中有毒有害物质的安全风险评估、风险分析和预警,可为我国棉制品质量安全标准和规范提供理论支持。Residual condition and harm degree of toxic and harmful substances like new type organochlorine pesticides, defoliant pesticide and heavy metal in cotton fiber at home and abroad were discussed. Test method of new type organochlorine pesticides, defoliant pesticide and heavy metal was established. 220 cotton samples at home and abroad were tested and analyzed. Base on hazard identification, hazard description and risk description, quality safety of toxic and harmful substances in cotton fiber at home and abroad were assessed. It is poin'ted out that toxic and harmful chemical substance in cotton fiber is objective existence. It is considered that establishing the risk assessment system of toxic and harmful chemical substance in cotton fiber can help our country to en hance the safety risk assessment, risk analyses and early warning of toxic and harmful substances in import cotton at abroad. And it can provide the theoretical support for quality and safety standards and specifications of our country cotton product.
