摘  要:对4LB-0.6半喂入水稻联合收割机升降割台进行了研究设计。首先确定了割台传动系统方案,并确定了曲柄转速、横向输送链速等主要设计参数,然后对割台升降机构进行了设计,确定了升降方案,并初步设计了机构尺寸。通过Solidworks Motion软件进行了动态仿真分析,获取了割刀速度、横向输送链速度,对割台传动系统进行了验证分析。最后通过Motion设计算例对升降机构进行了优化设计,得出不发生干涉、收割机行走通过性好、电动推杆功率最小情况下最优设计尺寸,缩短了收割机纵向尺寸。A lifting cutting header of the 4LB-0.6 Semi-feed rice combine harvester has been research in thi~ paper. Firstly, the solution of the cutting machine transmission system ,the main design parameters, such as crank speed, transverse conveyor chain speed and so on, has been determined, and then the lifting mechanism of the cutting machine has been designed in this paper, determine the lifiing scheme , and design the size of the machine preliminarily. Secondly, the software of Solidworks has been used to make the dynamic simulation analysis in this paper, then obtain the cutter speed, horizontal conveyor chain to analyze and verify the cutting machine drive system Finally, make the optimization design of lifting mechanism based on the Motion design case, and obtain the best optimal design size, in the case that the inteorerence doesn't happen, the walk through performance is good and the power of the electric draw stem is small, that the harvester longitudinal size has been shortened.
