非节段型白癜风患者血清硫酸脱氢表雄酮水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨非节段型白癜风(NSV)患者血清硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEA-S)水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择2015年9月至2017年3月间深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院皮肤科诊治的90例NSV患者为观察组,60例体检健康者为对照组,比较两组受检者血清DHEA-S水平的差异,并比较观察组中69例进展期患者与21例稳定期患者DHEA-S水平的差异。分析NSV患者DHEA-S水平与病程的关系。结果观察组患者的血清DHEA-S水平为(189.83±98.12)μg/d L,明显低于对照组的(267.1±104.26)μg/d L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进展期患者的血清DHEA-S水平为(158.15±76.84)μg/d L,明显低于稳定期患者的(243.15±107.92)μg/d L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NSV患者血清DHEA-S水平与病程呈负相关(r=-0.231,P<0.05)。结论血清DHEA-S水平降低可能与NSV的发病有一定关系。Objective To investigate the role of serum dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate （DHEA-S） in non-seg-mental vitiligo （NSV） patients. Methods A total of 90 NSV patients, who admitted to Department of Dermatology, Song-gang People＇s Hospital of Baoan District of Shenzhen from September 2015 to March 2017, were selected as the observa-tion group, and 60 healthy subjects were enrolled into the control group. The serum DHEA-S levels of the two groups, andthe DHEA-S levels were compared between 69 advanced patients and 21 stable patients in the observation group. The rela-tionship between DHEA-S level and course of disease in NSV patients was analyzed. Results The serum DHEA-S levelin the observation group was （189.83±98.12） μg/dL, which was significantly lower than （267.1±104.26） μg/dL in the con-trol group （P〈0.05）. The serum DHEA-S level in patients with active disease was （158.15±76.84） μg/dL, which was signif-icantly lower than （243.15±107.92） μg/dL in patients with stable disease （P〈0.05）. In addition, the serum DHEA-S levelwas negatively correlated with the duration of disease （r=-0.231, P〈0.05）. Conclusion A decrease in serum levels ofDHEA-S may be a pathogenetic factor for non-segmental vitiligo.
