摘　　要：本文首先对异步电机的调速原理、变频器基本电路结构及调速原理进行了介绍,系统由S7-200PLC、MM420变频器以及交流异步电动机等部分组成,通过PLC与变频器相结合的控制方式,模拟电梯实际运行的状态。通过实验测试验证,电梯电机能在变频器的控制下进行速度的平滑控制,带动轿厢上下往复运动,并且能够实现正常电梯运行所需的基本功能,可靠性高、稳定性好。In this paper, the principle of induction motor speed control, the basic structure of the inverter circuit and speed control principle are introduced, the system consists of S7-200PLC, MM420 inverter and AC asynchronous motor and other components, through a combination of PLC and inverter control , Simulate the actual operation of the elevator status. Through the experimental test and verification, the elevator motor can carry out the smooth control of the speed under the control of the inverter to drive the car to reciprocate up and down, and can realize the basic functions required for normal elevator operation, with high reliability and good stability.
