摘　　要：物联网是智能制造的基础。制造物联网创造出的数据远多于其它信息系统，因此制造物联网创造出更多的工业大数据。大数据技术是收集、整理、存储、解读和应用大数据的理论和方法。本文简要介绍数据资源的组织与处理，智能制造中大数据的需求和分类管理，重点阐述了大数据在制造质量控制和设备远程故障诊断中的应用。The Internet of Things is groundwork of Intelligent Manufacturing System, which produce large data. Big data technology is the theoretic and method for data gather, data neaten, data storage, data application. Some structure and dispose of intelligent manufacturing system of data resource for big data are introduced in this paper. The application of big data in manufacturing quality control and equipment remote fault diagnosis are illustrated.
