摘　　要：简要介绍2017年动力煤国家监督抽查情况,结合抽样方法、检验依据、检验项目、检验结果的综合判定原则,从企业所在地、企业规模、企业类型、检验项目、产品类型等方面对动力用煤产品抽查结果进行统计分析,概述了抽查的总体情况,重点分析了动力用煤质量区域性差异较大及造成抽查不合格的原因,指出制约动力煤产品行业发展的主要因素,并针对标准法规因素、煤源问题及煤矿技术质量管理问题剖析了造成商品煤不合格的原因。The power coal state supervision and spot test in the year of 2017 was briefly introduced in this paper.Combining with the comprehensive judgment principles of sampling method,testing basis,testing items and testing results,and from aspects such as enterprise location,enterprise size,enterprise type,inspection items,product type and so on,the statistical analysis of spot test results of power coal product was done,the general situation of spot test was demonstrated,and large regional differences of power coal and causes which led to unqualified circumstances of spot test were focused,the main elements which restricted the power coal products field development were indicated,the reasons why the unqualified circumstances emerged were the standard regulatory factors,coal source problems and coal mine technology quality management problems.
