摘　　要：设计开发1种用于煤炭样品取样的煤堆取样器,介绍了该煤堆取样器设计开发的总体方案、工作过程及原理。煤堆取样器由把手、支撑杆、取样管组成,其中支撑杆上安装有通过钢丝绳传动的主动轮、从动轮、横向调节杆,支撑杆的两端分别与把手和取样管连接。设备能够与现有的手工工具进行配合完成煤堆压实、冰冻后的样品采集,且体积小、便于携带、使用方便,能够节省煤炭采集的时间及降低劳动强度。A type of coal dump sampler was designed and developed for coal sampling,the general plan,working process and principles of coal dump sampler were introduced.The coal dump sampler consisted of handle,support bar and sampling tube,the driving wheel,driven wheel and lateral adjusting lever were installed on the support bar transmission by wire rope,the handle and sampling pipe were connected with both ends of the support bar.The coal dump compaction,frozen sample collection were completed coordinately by the equipment and existing manual tools.The equipment is small in size,easy to carry and convenient to use,which can save the time of coal collection and reduce the labor intensity.
