摘  要:探讨了机械化煤炭采、制样系统在弃样返送中目前遇到的问题,阐述了气力输送技术的原理,并根据实际应用案例对气力输送的参数进行推导及验算。从罗茨风机动力单元、旋转供料器、加速器、分路阀、组合分离器、电气控制单元等方面剖析了气力输送设备的结构设计,依据相关实例应用的数据对气力输送应用的可行性进行分析与探讨,并归纳总结了气力输送的优点,指出气力输送系统的风量、压力、流速和输送效率均与设计值吻合且均满足实际使用要求,但对在应用中的系统能耗、煤粒粒度损失、煤粒水分损失、系统压力损失、系统堵煤及系统控制信号对接等方面问题仍需进一步探究。The problems met in discard sample return of mechanized coal sampling and sample preparation system were discussed,the principles of pneumatic conveying technology was demonstrated,and according to the practical application cases,the parameters of pneumatic conveying technology were conducted and calculated.From aspects such as roots blower power unit,rotary feeder,accelerator,shunt valve,combination separator,electrical control unit and so on,the structure design of pneumatic conveying equipment was analyzed,based on the relative practical example data,the feasibility of pneumatic conveying application was analyzed and discussed,moreover,the merits of pneumatic conveying was summarized,it was indicated that the air volume,pressure,flow rate and delivery efficiency of pneumatic conveying system could all meet the designing values,and the practical utilization requirements could be met as well,but aspects of pneumatic conveying application such as system energy consumption,coal particle size loss,coal particle moisture loss,system pressure loss,system coal blockage and system control signal docking and so on were still should be discussed further.
