摘 要:[目的]观察右肺下叶支气管分支类型.[方法]选择行胸部检查的门诊患者500例,通过重建薄层CT横断面图像对右肺下叶段支气管资料进行分型,计算各种分支形式的出现几率.[结果]依据基底干支气管分支的不同将右肺下叶支气管分为4种类型,其中Ⅰ型为外基底段与后基底段共干(65.2%);Ⅱ型为前基底段与外基底段共干(21.0%);Ⅲ型为前基底段与外基底段的亚段支气管共干,后基底段与外基底段的另1个亚段支气管共干,分为2分支型(7.6%);Ⅳ型为前基底段、外基底段、后基底段,3分支型(5.4%).[结论]64层螺旋CT薄层横断面图像可真实地显示右肺下叶段级支气管的分支形式及准确分型.OBJECTIVE To observe the branch type of the lower lobe bronchi of the right lung.METHODS 500 outpatients who underwent chest examination were selected,the bronchi data of the lower lobe of the right lung were classified by reconstruction of the thin layer CT cross-sectional image,and calculated the occurrence probability of various branching pattern.RESULTS The lower lobe bronchi of the right lung were classified into 4 types according to the difference of basal stem bronchial branch.TypeⅠwas the lateral basal segment had the common trunk with the posterior basal segment(65.2%).TypeⅡ was the anterior basal segment had the common trunk with the lateral basal segment(21.0%).Type Ⅲ was the anterior basal segment had the common trunk with subsection of lateral basal segment,or the posterior basal segment had the common trunk with another subsection of the lateral basal segment,that was 2 branch type(7.6%).TypeⅣ had anterior basal segment,lateral basal segment and posterior basal segment,that was3 branch type(5.4%).CONCLUSION The thin cross-sectional image of 64-slice spiral CT could actually show the branching form and accurate classification of the lower lobe segmental bronchi of the right lung.
