摘 要:为了减少含铜钢表面裂纹,抑制"铜脆"现象,通过在变形过程中控制钢中铜质量分数、变形温度、氧化时间、变形量等研究方法对含铜钢表面裂纹产生的影响因素进行研究。结果表明,铜质量分数越高,表面裂纹产生越严重;不同铜质量分数的钢出现最大裂纹都有一定的临界温度,该临界温度在1 100~1 150℃的温度范围内;氧化时间越长,裂纹深度越深;变形量42%是试样表面裂纹大量出现的临界点,裂纹数量会随着变形量的增大而迅速增加,当变形量达到50%,裂纹增加速度会有所减缓并最终达到饱和。In order to reduce the surface crack in copper bearing steel and suppress the copper brittleness,the influence factors of surface crack in copper bearing steel were studied by controlling the copper mass fraction,deformation temperature,oxidation time and deformation amount in the process of deformation.The results showed that the higher copper mass fraction,the more serious the surface crack.The maximum crack of the steel with different copper mass fraction had a certain critical temperature,which was in the range of temperature of 1 100-1 150 ℃.And the longer the oxidation time,the deeper the crack depth.Deformation of 42% was the critical point of a large number of cracks on the surface of the sample.The number of cracks increased rapidly with the increase of the deformation.When the deformation rate was 50%,the crack increase speed would slow down and eventually reach saturation.
