摘 要:通常大型发电电动机的每极容量高、发热参数大,为了解决电磁发热与通风冷却之间的矛盾,寻找出适合的转子冷却结构对于提高冷却能力和改善电磁参数具有重要作用。本文介绍了几种不同的励磁绕组冷却结构,叙述了流体与发热模拟试验是论证大型发电电动机转子冷却效果的有效方法。结合不同转子冷却结构的计算分析,开展了不同冷却结构励磁绕组的对比试验,获得了相同发热条件下,励磁绕组结构差异对冷却效果的影响。通过热模拟试验,选择了先进高效的转子冷却结构,实现了技术上的突破与自主创新。Large motor/generator usually has the characteristic of high single pole capacity, large thermal parameters, to solve the contradiction of electromagnetic heat loss and ventilation cooling,reasonable cooling structure of the rotor is extremely important to enhance the cooling effect and make the electromagnetic parameters better. In this paper, a series of field coils with different cooling structures are introduced, it is described that the fluid and thermal simulation test is the effective method to confirm the cooling effect of large motor/generator. Combining the calculation and analysis results of different rotor cooling structures, the comparison tests of different cooling structure field coils are executed, and the cooling effect impacted by the cooling structure in the same loss condition is acquired. By the thermal model simulation test, advanced high effective cooling structure is developed, which implements the technology breakthrough and independent innovation.
