黄芪桂枝五物汤辅助治疗糖尿病末梢神经炎的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:通过观察黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经炎疗效,寻求2型糖尿病末梢神经炎更佳的治疗、护理方法。方法:将2015年1月~2017年6月的我院住院部及门诊确诊为2型糖尿病合并末梢神经炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组(n=50)。对照组患者采用西医(适量运动、控制饮食、降糖药物)治疗。治疗组患者在对照组西医治疗基础上予以2月口服黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗后观察两组患者坐骨神经传导速度(Sciatic nerve conduction velocity,SNCV)、血糖浓度以及整体疗效情况。结果:治疗2月后与对照组相比,治疗组患者的坐骨神经传导速度增加明显(P<0.05);两组患者的血糖浓度均得到了一定的改善,治疗组血糖浓度降低明显,两组患者的血糖水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤对糖尿病合并末梢神经炎有显著的辅助治疗作用,且使用方便安全,值得临床推广使用;护理上需注重健康宣教及心理疏导促进遵医行为。Objective：To observe the effect of Huangqi Guizhi decoction of five ingredients in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus peripheral neuritis,and to find a better treatment and nurssing method for 2 diabetic peripheral neuritis.Method：From January 2015 to June 2017,100 cases of inpatient and outpatient diagnosis of type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuritis,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group（n=50）.The patients in control group were treated by Western Medicine（exercise,control diet,hypoglycemic drugs）.The patients in treatment group were given Huangqi Guizhi decoction of five ingredients oral treatment for 2 months on the basis of the control group.Two months later,sciatic nerve conduction velocity（SNCV）,the blood glucose concentration and the overall effect were observed.Result：After 2 months,compared with the control group,sciatic nerve conduction velocity significantly increased in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.Moreover,the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients were decreased,and compared with the control group,the blood glucose level of the treatment group were lower（P〈0.05）.The differences of clinical efficacy of the patients in the two groups after treatment have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Huangqi Guizhi decoction of five ingredients which as a treatment on diabetes with peripheral neuritis has a significant therapeutic effect,it′s safe and convenient to use,is worthy of clinical use.
