摘 要:目的:分析放散式体外冲击波结合电脑中频电疗仪治疗慢性软组织损伤的早期临床疗效。方法:选择本院2014年9月~2016年9月间收治的100例慢性软组织损伤患者,随机分成A组(n=51)和B组(n=49)。A组患者给予放散式体外冲击波+电脑中频电疗仪治疗,B组患者给予放散式体外冲击波治疗。对比治疗前与治疗1周后的日本骨科学会(Japanese orthopaedic associationscores,JOA)评分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)和整体治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组的JOA评分与VAS评分无差异(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,A组的JOA评分较治疗前显著提高,VAS评分明显降低,且A组优于B组(P<0.05)。A组的治疗总有效率是96.08%,B组是79.59%,A组明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性软组织损伤患者采用放散式体外冲击波+电脑中频电疗仪治疗可取得较佳的早期疗效,能缓解疼痛症状,改善患者的肢体功能。Objective:To analyze the early clinical efficacy of radical extracorporeal shock wave with computer medium frequency electrotherapy instrument in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury.Methods:One hundred patients with chronic soft tissue injury admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into group A(n=51)and group B(n=49).Patients in group A received extracorporeal shock wave emission with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy treatment,and patients in group B received radiation type extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA score),visual analogue scale(VAS)score and overall treatment effect before and after treatment for 1 week were compared.Results:There was no difference in JOA score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05).After 1 weeks of treatment,the JOA score of the group A was significantly higher than that before treatment,the VAS score was significantly lower,and the group A was better than the group B(P〈0.05).The total effective rate in group A was 96.08%,79.59%in group B,group A was significantly higher than group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic soft tissue injury by releasing extracorporeal shock wave and computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy early treatment can achieve better efficacy,relieve pain and improve patient′s limb function.
