摘  要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中明确提出高等院校应注重学生作为"个体"发展的需求,为每一个学生提供合适的教育。与过去相比,近十年来信息的高速发展使得现阶段学生个体差异性更突出、群体层次性更复杂。因此,如何提供给普遍学生合适的教育成为了高等院校迫切需要解决的关键问题。以此为出发点,电工电子技术实验室针对本科生实践环节进行深入改革,依托于多媒体网络平台形成了新型教学模式,建设多样化层次性教学体系,进而实现多层次人才培养的教学方式。The"national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)"clearly put forward that the higher colleges should pay attention to the students as"individual"development needs,and provide appropriate education for every student.Compared with the past,the rapid development of information in the past ten years makes the individual differences of the students are more prominent,and the gradation of the group is more complex at this stage.Therefore,how to provide the appropriate education for the students is an urgent need to solve the key issues in colleges and universities.Based on the starting point,undergraduate practice is deeply reformed by the electrical and electronic technology teachers of Northeastern University,since the beginning of 2014.Relying on multimedia network platform,new teaching mode is being formed.Meanwhile,it is proposed to build the diversified hierarchy teaching system,in order to realize the multi-level training teaching cultivation.
