摘　　要：采用热轧方式生产的15Mn无缝钢管,管体存在明显的带状组织。对管体进行化学成分和金相检验,通过对连铸坯凝固过程和轧制过程的分析,得出连铸坯中的枝晶偏析是管体产生带状组织的主要原因,并提出相应的改进措施。In the production of 15Mn seamless steel tube with hot rolling process, the pipe body has obvious banded struc- ture. Through the chemical composition and metallographie examination of pipe body and the analysis of solidification process and rolling process for continuous casting billet, it is concluded that the dendritic segregation in continuous casting billet is the main reason for pipe body to produce banded structure, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
