摘 要:制备了一系列单组分聚氨酯底漆,研究了催化剂用量对其表干时间和存储稳定性的影响,考察了底漆的粘结强度随着多元醇种类和稀释剂用量的变化规律。结果表明,当催化剂用量为0.05%时,底漆的表干时间和存储稳定性可达到较优平衡;当软段结构为聚酯多元醇时,底漆的粘结强度相对较优,可达6.5 MPa;随着稀释剂用量的增大,底漆的粘结强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;软段结构为聚酯多元醇、稀释剂用量为10%、催化剂用量为0.05%的单组分聚氨酯底漆具有施工方便、固化速率快、粘结力强等优点,与聚氨酯、聚脲基材料之间有较佳的配伍性,在混凝土防护领域具有较佳的应用前景。A series of single-component polyurethane primer are prepared. The influences of catalyst dosage on dry time and storage stability of the primer is investigated, and the bonding strength of the primer is investigated with the variation of the type of polyols and the amount of diluent. The results show that when the dosage of catalyst is 0.05% by mass, the drying time and storage period of primer could achieve a better balance. The bonding strength of the primer is relatively excellent up to 6.5 MPa when the soft segment structure is polyether polyol compared with polyester polyol. The adhesive strength of the primer is increased and then decreased with the increasing of the dosage of the diluent. The single-component polyurethane primer prepared by using soft segment structure as polyester polyol, dosage of diluent with 10%, and catalyst dosage of 0.05% with the advantages of convenient construction, fast curing rate and strong bonding strength has a good application perspective in the field of concrete protection.
