基于解释结构模型的创业投资管理团队的评价因素研究

摘　　要：创业投资管理团队是投资者与创业者之间的高级金融中介,在创业投资成败中起着关键作用.在创新创业的双创战略下,投资者如何评价优秀的创业投资管理团队成为研究的热点问题.本文首先对创业投资管理团队进行了解析,在文献整理和专家征询的基础上,提出创业投资管理团队评价的影响因素;然后采用解释结构模型对这些影响因素之间的关系进行了分析,得到创业投资管理团队评价影响因素解释结构模型;结果显示这一模型对于创业投资管理团队评价的影响因素有较好的解释能力.本研究为创业投资母基金、引导基金和创业企业选择优秀的创业投资管理团队提供了依据,具有重要的实践意义.The venture capital management team is a senior financial intermediary between investors and entrepreneurs,and plays a key role in the success of venture capital.In the management of innovation and entrepreneurship strategy,it has been the research hot spot how the investors evaluate outstanding venture capital management team.First,the venture capital management team is analyzed and the factors influencing the evaluation of venture capital management team are put forward on the basis of literature review and expert consultation.Then,the relationship between the factors is analysed by means of interpretative structural modelling,getting the structure model of the venture capital management team evaluation factors interpretative structure model.It is showed that this model has good explanatory ability for the evaluation of venture capital management team.It is of great practical significance to provide a basis for the selection of excellent venture capital management team for venture capital fund,guiding fund and entrepreneurial enterprise.
