摘  要:目的探讨利用指动脉背侧支皮瓣修复不同类型指蹼挛缩的临床疗效。方法自2010年1月至2016年12月治疗14例指蹼挛缩,共38个指蹼。12例掌侧及背侧指蹼挛缩均采用指动脉背侧支皮瓣修复。2例蹼间挛缩(假并指挛缩)采用矩形皮瓣修复。结果本组术后均无皮瓣坏死及血运障碍,再造指蹼的大小及深度均类似正常指蹼。术后随访6个月至2年,无继发挛缩,效果满意。结论指动脉背侧支皮瓣修复掌侧及背侧指蹼挛缩效果良好,且不损失动脉主干。但对于蹼间挛缩(假并指)需要矩形皮瓣修复。Objective To explore the clinical effects of digital arterial dorsal branch flaps to repair different types of finger web contractures. Methods From January 2010 to December 2016, 14 cases (38 fingers) of finger web contractures were treated. Digital arterial dorsal branch flaps were applied in 12 cases with dorsal and palmar web contractttres. Rectangular flaps were applied in 2 cases with intra-web contractures (syndactylia-like contracture). Results There were no skin flap necrosis and blood transport disorder after operation. The size and depth of the reconstructed web were similar to normal. Postoperatively all the patients were follow-up for 6 months to 2 years without secondary contractures. The effects were satisfactory. Conclusion The effect of digital arterial dorsal branch flap to repair the contracture of the palmar and dorsal finger web is good without sacrificing arterial trunk. But for the intm-web contractures (syndactylia-like contmcture), rectangular flaps are needed.
