摘　　要：从阅看的相关文献资料回顾2017年印制电路技术热点。印制电路板性能向高频高速高导热化发展,从设计、材料到制造都需要有新技术。This paper reviews the related documents and information, and looks back the hot spots of printed circuit technology in 2017. The performance of PCB is developing towards high frequency and high speed and high conductivity from design, material to manufacturing technology.
