摘　　要：COB铝基板多用于LED产品上,LED产品的重要特性是要求反光率高。常规COB铝基板加工方式为CNC加工,铣出的铝面不平整容易导致整体反光率低,因此难以满足LED产品的质量要求。应用镜面铝基板可以有效提高COB封装反光率。通过对不同材质铣刀的加工技术研究,镜面铝材料选择,冷却液选用,以及镜面铝基板的加工参数共四个方面进行研究,最终确定了COB镜面铝基板的最优加工技术。COB Al base boards are normally used on LED products. The important characteristic of LED products required is high reflectivity. The process method of normal COB mirror aluminum substrate is CNC process. The uneven surface of the milling aluminum surface can lead to low overall reflectivity. Therefore, it is difficult to meet the quality requirements of LED products. The mirror aluminum substrate can be used to improve the reflectivity of COB. Finally, the optimal processing technology of COB mirror aluminum substrate is determined by studying on the processing technology of different material milling cutter, COB material selection, Coolant selection, four aspects of the processing parameters of mirror aluminum substrate study.
