摘 要:以垃圾渗滤液中提纯腐殖酸(HA)为原料,通过磺化改性制备得到陶瓷分散剂(MHA)。单因素优化实验得到最佳制备工艺条件:亚硫酸氢钠的用量为14%,反应p H值为11,反应温度为110℃。红外表征分析表明,陶瓷分散剂MHA中成功的引入磺酸基团。分散剂的应用性能研究表明,当分散剂的用量为0.6%时,分散剂的效果最好,陶瓷浆料的流动时间降到14.6 s;当分散剂的用量为0.4%时,陶瓷浆料体系比较稳定,Zeta电位值为-24.6 mV。The ceramic dispersant was prepared from the purification of landfill leachate throughsulfonation. The optimum preparation conditions were obtained by single factor optimization experiment: the dosage of sodium bisulfite was 14%, the reaction pH value was 11 and the reaction temperature was 110 ℃. The analysis of infrared characterization showed that the dispersant of ceramics had been successfully introduced to sulfonate groups. The application performance of dispersant showed that the dispersant had the best effect when the dosage of dispersant was 0.6%, and the flow time of ceramic slurry decreased to 14.6 s. When the amount of dispersant was 0.4%, the ceramic slurry was stable and the Zeta potential was -24.6 mV.
