摘　　要：通过对武汉市常青花园公园的使用状况进行调查研究,了解了公园的空间格局,观察公园内使用者的行为活动,从使用人群、交通可达性、活动行为、使用规律和基础设施5方面对公园的使用状况进行分析整理,得到POE评价分析报告,从中发现公园规划设计上存在的问题,提出适当的解决办法和优化建议,为城市社区公园的规划设计提供参考借鉴。Through the investigation of the use situation of Changqing Park in Wuhan, understand the spatial pattern of the park, observe the behavior of the users in the park, analyze the use situation of the park from five aspects, service crowd, traffic accessibility, activity behavior, usage rules and infrastructure. Get the POE evaluation and analysis report, find the problems in the planning and design of the park, put forward the appropriate solutions and optimization suggestions, and provide reference for the planning and design of the urban community park.
