摘　　要：二元等重码（n，M，2δ，ω）在通讯中有着极为广泛的应用．利用m阶射影平面的性质构作了一个二元等距等重码，并且研究了这个二元等重码成为最优等重码的条件，找出了一个最优检错码．The binary constant weight code （n, M, 2δ,ω） is widely used in communication. A binary constant weight code is constructed by the properties of the projective plane with m order, and conditions of optimal constant weight codes is studied, and a optimal error-detecting code is obtained.
