摘  要:介绍Franc3D软件的基本理论和计算流程,通过埋藏椭圆裂纹和半椭圆表面裂纹算例和薄板算例验证了Franc3D应力强度因子计算的准确性及裂纹扩展寿命计算的可靠性,开展轮盘三维裂纹扩分析验证了软件的工程应用价值,对三维裂纹扩展分析和损伤容限设计具有参考意义。The basic theory and solution flow of Franc3D were firstly focused,then elliptical embedded crack and semielliptical surface crack were employed to verify the stress intensive factor calculation accuracy from Franc3D and typical sheet problem was utilized to validate crack growth analysis reliability. Three-dimensional crack growth analysis of a blisk was also included proving that present research could benefit structural crack propagation analysis and damage tolerance design in engineering application.
