摘 要:利用自制的匀强和非匀强高压静电场处理器分别对采集自某火电厂的循环冷却水进行阻垢实验研究。实验结果表明,在循环水流量为600 L/h(0.401 m/s),静电场工作电压分别为3 000、4 000、5 000 V的实验条件下,非匀强高压静电场作用下的平均阻垢率为51.42%,匀强高压静电场的平均阻垢率为16.10%,非匀强高压静电场的阻垢率高于匀强高压静电场的阻垢率。文章从电场力做功和水溶液黏度变化的角度对此现象进行了讨论分析。Using the home-made uniform and non-uniform high voltage electrostatic field processors, respectively, the experimental research on the scale inhibition of circulating cooling water collected from a thermal power plant has been accomplished. Under the following experiment conditions : the circulating water flow is 600 L/h (0.401 m/s), and electrostatic field working voltage are 3 000 V, 4 000 V and 5 000 V, respectively, the average scale inhibiting rate in the effect of non-uniform high voltage electrostatic field is 51.42%, and the average scale inhibiting rate in the effect of uniform high voltage electrostatic field is 16.10%. The scale inhibiting rate of non-uniform high voltage elec- trostatic field is higher than that of uniform high voltage electrostatic field. In this paper, the phenomenon are dis- cussed, from the points of the work of electric field force and the change of aqueous solution viscosity.
