摘  要:在盐酸介质中,亚氯酸根能氧化I^-为I_2,过量的I^-与I_2形成I_3^-,酚藏花红能与I_3^-反应生成纳米缔合物,缔合物在320 nm处产生共振散射效应,据此建立了一种共振散射光谱法测定ClO_2^-的新方法。探讨了碘化钾和酚藏花红用量等因素对体系的影响。在最佳实验条件下,亚氯酸钠在0.006 07~0.546μg/mL范围内与ΔIRS呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为ΔIRS=3 477.4ρ+54.532(ρ的单位为μg/mL),相关系数(R^2)为0.994 5,检出限(3σ)为3.9×10^(-3)μg/mL。In the potassium iodide hydrochloric acid medium, Chlorite can oxidize I- into I2, excessive I- and I2 formI3-, and Phenosafranine can react with I3- to form nano-complexes which generate resonance scattering effect at the position 320 nm. On these grounds,a kind of new method-resonance scattering spectrometry has been established. The influences of the factors, such as the dosages of potassium iodide, phenosafranine, etc. on the system have been investigated. Under the optimal conditions, sodium chlorite content in the range of 0.006 07-0.546 μg/mL and A/RS show a good linear relationship. The linear regression equation for AIRs = 3 477.4ρ+54.532 (ρunit is μg/mL), correlation coefficient is 0.994 5, detection limit is 3.9×10^-3 μg/mL.
