心肌肌钙蛋白联合超敏C反应蛋白对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)联合超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对急性心肌梗死患者的诊断价值。方法选取北京市海淀医院2016年2~11月期间收治的50例急性心肌梗死患者为观察组,选取同时期健康体检者50例为对照组。抽取两组受检者清晨空腹静脉血测定cTnT、hs-CRP水平和阳性表达情况并进行比较。结果观察组患者的cTnT、hs-CRP水平分别为(3.95±1.25)μg/L、(16.52±3.61)mg/L,均明显高于对照组的(0.24±0.13)μg/L、(3.68±1.72)mg/L,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的cTnT、hs-CRP阳性率分别为92.00%(46/50)、88.00%(44/50),均明显高于对照组的2.00%(1/50)、4.00%(2/50),差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 cTnT联合hs-CRP对急性心肌梗死患者具有一定诊断价值,可作为急性心肌梗死的早期敏感、特异性指标。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cardiac troponin（cTnT） combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Fifty patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the study group, and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Fasting venous blood were collected, and the levels of cTnT, hs-CRP and positive expression were measured and compared between the two groups. Results The levels of cTnT and hs-CRP in the study group were（3.95±1.25） μg/L and（16.52±3.61） mg/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than（0.24±0.13） μg/L,（3.68±1.72） mg/L in the control group（P0.05）. The positive rates of cTnT and hs-CRP in the study group were 92.00%（46/50） and 88.00%（44/50） respectively, which were significantly higher than 2.00%（1/50）, 4.00%（2/50） in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion CTnT combined with hs-CRP has a certain diagnostic value in patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can be used as early sensitive, specific indicators for acute myocardial infarction.
