米力农注射液治疗左心疾病相关性肺动脉高压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察米力农注射液治疗左心疾病相关性肺动脉高压(PH-LHD)的临床疗效。方法将50例心力衰竭合并肺动脉高压的患者随机分为对照组25例和试验组25例。对照组予以吸氧、利尿、扩血管等常规治疗;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用米力农,以0.5μg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)的速度持续静脉泵入7 d。比较2组患者的三尖瓣反流速率(TRV)和肺动脉收缩压(PASP)的变化情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的TRV分别为(2.40±0.80)和(3.05±0.61)m·s^(-1),PASP分别为(31.96±10.73)和(46.46±14.50)mmHg,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论米力农注射液可以降低左心疾病导致的肺动脉高压。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of milrinone injection in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease（ PH-LHD）. Methods Fifty patients with PH-LHD were randomly divided into control group（ n = 25 cases） and treatment group（ n = 25 cases）. Control group was given routine treatment with oxygen,diuresis,and revascularization. Treatment group was treated with milrinone by continuously intravenous infusion at 0. 5 μg·kg^（-1）·min^（-1） on the basis of routine treatment. The changes of tricuspid regurgitation velocity（ TRV） and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure（ PASP） were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the levels of TRV in treatment and control groups were（ 2. 40 ± 0. 80） and（ 3. 05 ± 0. 61）m·s^（-1）,PASP were（ 31. 96 ± 10. 73） and（ 46. 46 ± 14. 50） mmHg,with significant differences（ all P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Milrinone injection shows significant therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of PH-LHD.
